We take care of large and small parts
In September 2004, ENVIRAL® expanded its production capacities with a modern large-part powder coating system, adding new dimensions to powder coating: 13.6m long components with a unit weight of up to 3t and maximum dimensions of 4m high and 2.5m wide can now be processed by us either automatically or by hand. Hence, the daily capacity is 2,000m2 coating area.
Our responsibility goes further: ENVIRAL® quality put into action
The quality assurance of our production is guaranteed by our own quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. This is complemented by permanent quality tests in our in-house laboratory. In addition, we cooperate with external testing institutes and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Last but not least, each of our employees feels responsible for the quality and timely processing of orders.
