Small, medium and large format aluminum sheets are immediately available from stock. ENVIRAL^® Powder coating and, if required, foiling with a 60-80 µm adhesion film (unfortunately not possible for fine structure surfaces) can be realized from stock within 3-5 working days.

Special design in bending quality:

If you wish to further process metal sheets after coating by bending, certain smooth glossy/silk glossy RAL colors are available in bendable powder coating quality. When placing your order, please refer separately to the delivery in bendable quality and observe the instructions for further processing on our delivery papers.

In our hall for the loading and unloading of goods, we offer our customers upon request the possibility of setting up their own raw materials warehouse from which the coating orders can be retrieved. We provide modern high-bay racking systems for storage.

We offer our customers, on an order-by-order basis, the fine polishing of hot-dip galvanized components prior to powder coating. In addition, the grinding of tubes and poles with a tube grinding machine is also possible at the Niemegk site in Germany: we can process both conical and cylindrical poles made of steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel up to a length of 15 meters and a maximum diameter of 250 millimeters.

Our range of services is complemented by the completion of coated components by workshop assembly.
